as we know all world is waiting Smoke (Al-Dukhan)but they will not believe even God will send to them a messenger all what it'll happen it's already mentioned in the Quran .
[44:13] Now that it is too late, they remember! An enlightening messenger had come to them.

(441+442+443+444+445+446+447+448+449+4410+4411+4412+4413 ) + numerical value of the word AbdAllah is 142= 21793 (19*1147)
the last verse from the same Chapter says ;
[44:59] Therefore, wait; they too will have to wait.

there are 19 letters on the verse
[110:1] When triumph comes from GOD, and victory.*

Quran says,
[72:19] When GOD's servant advocated Him alone, almost all of them banded together to oppose him.
Chapter 72 verse 19 where the AbdAllah word is mentioned (7+2+1+9) = 19

Salam,
The Smoke... prophesied in the previous scriptures as well in the Final testament, the Quran (17:92-94, 44:10-16, 52:44-49) is GOD's answer to the challenge of the disbelievers "Let masses from the sky fall on us, if you are truthful"...
Over this Retribution will be GOD's Signature (19-1221).
Rashad was evidently inspired about the real nature of this Prophecy (Smoke), however he was not informed about the location and the date of the impact, because it is GOD's will these informations will unveiled many years after him, may be through another person (1990 - 20??). 
Of course this is just my claim and understanding of the matter...but don't forget the History and past is the mirror of the future, GOD's system never change

Salam,
thank you for the answer.I have also other questions regarding this subject:
Does the knowing of the exact nature of this event means for the knower that he's a messenger of God ?
The fact is that I know 2 guys: guy A claims to be a messenger coming to reveal the date when it will happen but does not know what it is.
Guy B knows the exact nature of the event (this is far from Rashad's version) but does not claim to be a messenger.
What to think about this ?
