Bu h\u00fck\u00fcm, de\u011fnek ve \u00e7ubu\u011fun bir yere \u00e2henkli bir \u015fekilde vurulmas\u0131n\u0131 dahi i\u00e7ine almakta ve haram saymaktad\u0131r.53<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fckm\u00fcn baz\u0131 istisn\u00e2lar\u0131 vard\u0131r: Sava\u015fta vurulan k\u00f6s ile d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlerde \u00e7al\u0131nan tef.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fczik ba\u015fkalar\u0131na dinletmek i\u00e7in de\u011fil de kendini dinlendirmek ve yaln\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 defetmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131l\u0131rsa \u0130mam Serahs\u00ee&#8217;ye g\u00f6re caizdir; Mergin\u00e2n\u00ee&#8217;ye g\u00f6re bu da haramd\u0131r.54<\/p>\n<p>\u0130mam Eb\u00fb Yusuf&#8217;a sormu\u015flar: D\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, mesel\u00e2 kad\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00e7ocu\u011fun kendi evinde tef \u00e7almas\u0131na ne dersin? \u015eu cevab\u0131 vermi\u015f: Bunda ker\u00e2het yoktur. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 oyun ve te\u011fann\u00ee olursa onu mekruh g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcm.55<\/p>\n<p>Hanbel\u00ee mezhebi bu konuda -genel \u00e7izgileriyle- hanef\u00ee mezhebi gibidir.<\/p>\n<p>2) \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee ve M\u00e2lik&#8217;ten iki\u015fer g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f nakledilmi\u015ftir. Bunlardan birine g\u00f6re bu iki imam m\u00fczi\u011fi mekruh saym\u0131\u015flar, di\u011ferine g\u00f6re ise -yan\u0131nda bir haram i\u015flenmedi\u011fi, harama \u00e2let edilmedi\u011fi takdirde- m\u00fcb\u00e2h g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdir. \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee mezhebinden Gazz\u00e2l\u00ee ile Malik\u00eelerden Kett\u00e2n\u00ee&#8217;nin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da daha geni\u015fce yer verilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>3) Zahiriyye mezhebi ile genellikle sofiyye tarikatlar\u0131 mus\u0131k\u00eenin b\u00fct\u00fcn nevileriyle m\u00fcbah oldu\u011funu m\u00fcd\u00e2faa etmi\u015flerdir.56<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fbs\u0131k\u00eenin lehinde ve aleyhinde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildiren f\u0131k\u0131h bilginleri baz\u0131 \u00e2yetlerle istidl\u00e2l etmi\u015flerse de (Lukm\u00e2n: 31\/6; Z\u00fcmer: 36\/18) bunlar\u0131n m\u00fbsik\u00eeyi hedef ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kesin de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Hadislere gelince, Ras\u00fbl-i Ekrem (s.a.v.)&#8217;in d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, bayram, kar\u015f\u0131lama gibi m\u00fcnasebetlerle icr\u00e2 edilen m\u00fczi\u011fi tasvib etti\u011fi, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlerde bunu te\u015fvik eyledi\u011fi sa\u011flam rivayetlere istinad etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca m\u00fczi\u011fin -bir harama \u00e2let edilmeden yaln\u0131zca saz ve ses m\u00fczi\u011finin- haram k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair sahih hadisin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenmi\u015ftir.57<\/p>\n<p>Fasl\u0131 Abdulhayy el-Kett\u00e2n\u00ee, Hz. Peygamber devri k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve medeniyetinden bahseden iki b\u00fcy\u00fck ciltlik eserinde (et-Ter\u00e2tibu&#8217;l-id\u00e2riyye) m\u00fbs\u0131k\u00eeye 25 sayfa ay\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitleriyle caiz oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren deliller getirmi\u015f, bu mevz\u00fbda yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f 20 eserin ismini vermi\u015ftir.58 Bu m\u00fcellifin tesbitine g\u00f6re sah\u00e2beden \u00d6mer, Osman, Abdurrahman b. Avf, Ubeyde b. el-Cerr\u00e2h, Sa&#8217;d b. Eb\u00ee-Vakkas, Eb\u00fb-Mes&#8217;\u00fbd, Bil\u00e2l, Abdullah b. ez-Z\u00fcbeyr, Hass\u00e2n, \u0130bn Amr, el-Mugira b. \u015eu&#8217;be gibi zev\u00e2t\u0131n m\u00fczik dinledikleri rivayet edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130mam Gazz\u00e2l\u00ee \u0130hy\u00e2 isimli eserinin 35 sayfas\u0131n\u0131 bu meseleye ay\u0131rarak b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u00f6ylenenleri tahlil etmi\u015f, delilleri kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve \u015fu neticeye varm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fbs\u0131k\u00ee ister ses ister \u00e2let ile olsun tek h\u00fckme ba\u011fl\u0131 de\u011fildir: Haram, mekruh, m\u00fcbah ve m\u00fcstehab olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>1) D\u00fcnya arzusu ve \u015fehvet hisleri ile dolup ta\u015fan gen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in yaln\u0131zca bu duygular\u0131 tahrik eden m\u00fczik haramd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2) Vakitlerinin \u00e7o\u011funu buna veren, i\u015ftig\u00e2li \u00e2det haline getiren kimse i\u00e7in mekruhtur.<\/p>\n<p>3) G\u00fczel sesten zevk alma d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir duyguya kap\u0131lmayan kimse i\u00e7in m\u00fczik m\u00fcbaht\u0131r, serbesttir.<\/p>\n<p>4) Allah sevgisi ile dolup ta\u015fan, duydu\u011fu g\u00fczel ses kendisinde yaln\u0131zca g\u00fczel s\u0131fatlar\u0131 tahrik eden kimse i\u00e7in m\u00fcstehabd\u0131r.59<\/p>\n<p>Gazz\u00e2l\u00ee incelemesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken m\u00fczi\u011fin duruma g\u00f6re ya m\u00fcbah veya mend\u00fbb oldu\u011funu, onu haram k\u0131lan \u015feyin kendisi de\u011fil, d\u0131\u015ftan \u00e2r\u0131z olan be\u015f sebepten ibaret bulundu\u011funu ifade ederek \u015f\u00f6yle devam ediyor:<\/p>\n<p>1) \u015eark\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen kad\u0131n olur, dinleyen de kad\u0131n sesinin \u015fehvetini tahrik edece\u011finden korkarsa dinlemek haramd\u0131r. Burada haram h\u00fckm\u00fc m\u00fczikten de\u011fil, kad\u0131n\u0131n sesinden gelmektedir. Asl\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n sesi haram de\u011fildir; ancak \u015fehveti tahrik ederse Kur&#8217;\u00e2n okumas\u0131n\u0131 bile dinlemek haram olur.60<\/p>\n<p>2) M\u00fczik \u00e2leti i\u00e7ki meclislerinin sembol\u00fc olan \u00e2letlerden ise bunu kullanmak haram olur; di\u011ferleri m\u00fcbah olmakta devam eder.<\/p>\n<p>3) \u015eark\u0131 ve t\u00fcrk\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fcftesi bozuk, \u0130sl\u00e2m inanc\u0131na ve ahl\u00e2k\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 ise bunu m\u00fczikli veya m\u00fcziksiz s\u00f6ylemek ve dinlemek haramd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>4) Gen\u00e7li\u011fi icab\u0131 \u015fehev\u00ee duygular\u0131n mahk\u00fbmu olan bir kimse a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 derecede m\u00fczi\u011fe d\u00fc\u015fer, m\u00fczik onun yaln\u0131zca cins\u00ee arzusunu tahrik ederse onun m\u00fczikten uzak durmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>5) S\u0131radan bir insan\u0131n m\u00fczik \u015fehvetini de il\u00e2h\u00ee a\u015fk\u0131n\u0131 da tahrik etmedi\u011fi halde b\u00fct\u00fcn vakitlerini al\u0131r, onu ba\u015fka i\u015flerden al\u0131korsa yine haram olur.61<\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/www.hayrettinkaraman.net\/sc\/00211.htm<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00fcnnilik dinine g\u00f6re RES\u0130M gibi M\u00dcZ\u0130K de, \u00f6zellikle davul hari\u00e7 m\u00fczik enstr\u00fcmanlar\u0131n\u0131n haram oldu\u011fu malum, ancak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da ismi ge\u00e7en baz\u0131 din adamlar\u0131n\u0131n bu haram\u0131 hala savunabileceklerini beklemiyordum.
